RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The products ordered from Hoody Doggy can be returned to you or the person/organization you indicated in the delivery address within 7 days of delivery, provided that they are not used.

The conditions for product returns are as follows:

Hoody Doggy will not accept any returns under the circumstances where the original box/packaging is damaged, opened, used, worn out, a cargo label is attached on the box or the box is taped with duct tape (and all the products/packages that are deformed in similar ways). Therefore, it is suggested that you open up the package for a check before the delivery person if you deem it necessary. If there is a problem (such as missing/damaged product/s), please ask the delivery person to take a delivery note and clearly state the problem. Otherwise, the order will be deemed to have been delivered with nothing missing and without any problems, and the subsequent complaints will not be taken into account.

Products received, that are in conditions such as above, will be sent back as received and the shipping charges will be paid by the other party.

All standard accessories of the product, if any, must be shipped undamaged and in their full original packaging.

In the event that any deformation, opening, breakage, destruction, tearing, signs of use, missing accessories and similar conditions are detected in the purchased product and its package or if the product is not returned as it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted back and the price will not be refunded. In such cases, all shipping charges made to send the product to Hoody Doggy  and its return back belong to the customer.

In the event that our customer returns the product/s or changes their mind on their purchase a refund may be possible. If the returned product/s comply with the return conditions, the refund will be made to the account on which the purchase was made. The refund is made within 7 (seven) working days (from the day product/s arrive to Hoody Doggy), the shipping cost deducted from the product/s price.Credit card refunds will be made to the bank account of the card within 7 (seven) business days. Your bank may not reflect the refund on your account in the same day. In this case you need to call the credit-card services of your bank. Hoody Doogy holds no authority over this period and is entirely at the disposal of the bank.

After the “Cancelled” warning about your order is displayed, the entire amount is returned to your credit card or to your bank to from which you made the transfer. Sales in installments are refunded in installments as well, reflected to your credit card balance by your bank each month

If your order has not yet been delivered to the courier company, you can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to info@hoodydoogy.com that stated the reason for your return and cancellation request.
